PhD student,
Izmir Inst. of Technology, Medical Biotechnology
MSc., Human Genetics
BSc., Biology Education

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology Education from Baku Engineering University in 2020. Between 2021 and 2023, I completed a master’s degree in Human Genetics, where my thesis focused on the molecular-genetic study of gastrointestinal carcinoma. Specifically, my research was a case-control study aimed at identifying the association between the P53 codon72 polymorphism and gastric and colorectal cancer in the Azerbaijani population.

In addition to my academic studies, I began my career as a Biology Instructor in the Cambridge Department at one of Baku's international schools. My research in cancer inspired me to delve deeper into this field.

I have an ongoing PhD in the BIOTIN Fellowship Program in Medical Biotechnology, focusing on melanoma research. As part of my PhD work, I am designing an ultrasound-assisted drug delivery system for combinational chemotherapy. My research also explores the integration of chemical engineering and nanoparticles in melanoma studies.
