Personnel Career Development Plan

BIOTIN program aims to equip DCs with the necessary knowledge, practical experience, and, most importantly, a forward-thinking mindset to drive discoveries and innovation in the biomedical sector. To achieve this objective, BIOTIN has tailored a Personal Career Development Plan (PCDP) for each recruited fellow. The PCDP serves as a dynamic roadmap for the fellow’s academic and professional growth, aimed at identifying both short- and long-term career objectives, specific training requirements, and areas for skill enhancement. These plans are critical tools to help fellows align their research activities and training with their personal aspirations and future career paths. They also help to ensure that the program realizes its main objective.
