I am a dedicated researcher with a robust background in Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology, holding an MSc from University College Cork, Ireland, and a BTech from Anna


University, India. My research focuses on precision medicine, particularly through the cutting-edge integration of microfluidics and AI to replicate cancer microenvironments in vitro. I have had the privilege of collaborating with various industries, including McKinsey and Company, Excel Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd, and Quorn Foods, contributing my expertise in business analysis, clinical research, and laboratory research.


My academic journey has been graced with prestigious scholarships, including the Elphinstone Scholarship from Aberdeen University and an industrial grant from Quorn Foods. Currently, I am a proud recipient of the Marie Sklodowska Curie COFUND fellowship. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse academic and research environments across Ireland, India, and the UK, enriching my work with global perspectives. My research experience spans gut-brain axis studies, gut-liver axis studies, and mycoprotein & mycotoxin studies, conducted at esteemed institutions like the APC Microbiome Institute, Rowett Institute, and Northumbria University. In addition, I have had the opportunity to teach undergraduates at Aberdeen University, where I mentored the next generation of scientists. I am passionate about advancing our understanding of complex biological systems through innovative research methodologies.
